Dr Simone inserted my IUD for me. She was absolutely amazing! Made me feel very comfortable and let me ask any questions I had.

My nurse and doctor were the kindest people and made my experience as best as it could be. I wish every doctor was as caring and friendly as they were and Im so glad I chose to come here.

Dr. Reid was fantastic! After going to multiple doctors who were opinionated, judgey and quick to throw me on a new method every month or so, it was such a breathe of fresh air to go to a clinic like this. Dr. Reid took time to listen to my queries and resolve myths I had about contraceptive methods. The nurse was lovely. Overall, the environment was non-judgemental. I would absolutely recommend for any women related issues over a GP any day!!

Compassionate lady doctor! I cried because I was finally listened to and not treated like a crazy person. From now on I am going to them instead of my regular Gp. God send!

WHFS provide a kind, caring and safe environment. They offer individual therapy, art therapy, group therapy, drug & alcohol support, and other family services. Depending on your circumstances, some services are free or at a reduced price.As a stay-at-home-parent, when my father died just over a year ago, I really needed to talk to someone about my grief and it was $10 for individual/one-on-one sessions. The waiting list wasn't very long (roughly 4 weeks from memory).Be Well is group therapy lead by Emma on Fridays which is a non-judgemental and safe space to talk about mental health issues. It is also a free service.

I’m now going to need to front a cervical exam bill that I didn’t need as the nurse made it seem as if I needed it. I said we can wait and check whether I within my five years but she said we can do it that day if I thought i was. So we did it and supposedly I’ve had one that I am sure did not actually happen. If we’d waited for her to check like I’d said this wouldn’t have unnecessarily happened as there was no reason I needed it that day. Very frustrating and not sure I trust themTo insert my IUD after this.

Great experience. Dr. Reid was extremely helpful giving all information and answered all my questions in deep. She listen very carefully about the issue. Finally I find an excellent service who looks after women health. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this practice. I saw Nurse Renee and Nurse Jane. Both were very professional and listened to my needs, non-judgemental and kept asking whether I'm ok throughtout the procedure.

The beautiful practitioners here are so professional, compassionate and made my experience as comfortable as they could for me. I'm so grateful that a clinic like this exists supporting women navigating various phases of their lives. We need more places like this that provide guidance, care and understanding. Thank you again!
